In support of Team Owyn I am trying to turn the clock back over twenty years to complete a half Ironman triathlon, an achievement I reached at the age of 23! At age 45 I am hoping to try and get close to my previous time of 4hrs 48mins and prove you get stronger and more focussed as you get older.
