Owyn suffered from Meconium Aspiration Syndrome at birth. He was very quickly transferred to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital to the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit to receive life support. From day one our little man fought with all his heart and strength to overcome this awful event. For 16 days he took every drug, procedure and decision in his stride and battled to recover. Unfortunately he was unable to recover and on 9 Dec he cuddled up to his Mummy and Daddy and left peacefully. Owyn has effected so many lives in just 16 days and will continue to make a difference to the lives of poorly children both here at Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice and at Great Ormond street hospital. We are so very proud of what our little man achieved in such a short time and we will honour his live forever Good night my gorgeous little warrior. XXX
